- Kristin Cavallari moves into new $5 million Nashville estate amid divorce: report
Their former home also features a movie theater room, a large kitchen and an outdoor eating area. "The first weekend ever really hung out we actually came to Nashville," Cavallari told The Tennessean last year. Co-listing agent Tim Thompson said the home's big rooms are perfect for entertaining. "The master is on first floor and on the second floor the kids' rooms are all down one hallway and adjoin a shared playroom," he told The Tennessean. Cutler told The Tennessean he loved the privacy the home gave the couple.

She credits the three-story, five-bedroom farmhouse for allowing her to teach their three children — sons Camden, 10, and Jaxon, 8, and daughter Saylor, 7 — new life skills. Cutler had previously attempted to prevent Cavallari from purchasing her own house by withholding money as leverage in their custody battle, Cavallari claimed. Later, a different source told PEOPLE that the NFL star finally agreed to release the funds and confirmed that the exes have come to a temporary agreement on how to split time with their children. She has also shared footage of her very functional pantry, which features a wooden ladder so the mom of three and her kids can reach the high shelves. The kitchen also features a separate beverage bar stocked with wine and a barista-style coffee maker.

Cutler and Cavallari bought the home in 2012, and began living in the home year-round last year. It is located at 39 Bancroft Place, and the property sits on just over eight acres in the Bancroft neighborhood. MyDomaine is part of the Dotdash Meredith publishing family. If we lived here, this is where we'd spend all afternoon drinking cocktails and reading our favorite book. The grounds are super private and perfect for outdoor parties or a children's playground. This room feels very glam compared to the rustic, Mediterranean vibe of the rest of the house, and we're more than okay with it.
The necklace seen in the photo has a bull's head charm on it. "In honor of our Nashville roots, here's to country strong," reads the description of the necklace on the Uncommon James site. The home covers 19,000 square feet and includes seven bedrooms, seven full bathrooms and three half baths. The outside was influenced by homes you will find on the Mediterranean. Kristin’s living room features a white sofa and matching cabinetry, along with earth toned decor.

The property also has apple trees; blackberry, blueberry and strawberry bushes; and a garden filled with carrots, zucchini, and cherry tomatoes. Cavallari first purchased the home following her divorce agreement with Jay Cutler in May 2020. In documents obtained by PEOPLE, it was ordered that Cavallari "shall be permitted to use marital funds" to purchase the new property. In MyDomaine's latest digital issue, the Uncommon James founder, 35, described her 28-acre property in the city of Franklin as her forever home.

"I think one of the most appealing things is the location. We loved the privacy of the neighborhood, but being so close to town," he explained. "We finished the basement a few years ago and it's a space we spent a lot of time in." In her photo spread with MyDomaine, Kristen shared her children’s upstairs playroom that includes a large sectional sofa for the kids relax on while gaming, as well as bunk beds should they have friends over for the night. The mother of three showed off her beautiful kitchen in an August 2022 Instagram post.

In May, another source shared the news that Cavallari purchased the property, which has both a main house — a "modern interpretation of a farmhouse" — and a second residence. Cavallari has published two cookbooks, so it makes sense that she spends a lot of time in her kitchen. The kitchen features sleek white cabinets, grey and white granite countertops, shiny white subway tiles along the backsplash, stainless steel appliances, and a huge island. News that they're both "starting to work through things amicably."
